Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Customized or prescription lenses are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your product, please contact our support team with your order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
